Storage time: We store your personal data during the contract period and an additional three calendar years to ensure traceability in your communication with us.

In addition to what is described above, in some cases, we process your personal data when we are obliged by law, e.g., due to our accounting obligation or at the request of authority.
Legal basis: When we handle your personal data because we are obliged by law, we do so with support in a legal obligation.
- HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is stored during the contract period plus three calendar years or as long as we have to store them according to law. After that, your data is deleted or de-identified securely, so they can no longer be linked to you. Read more about how long we store your data above under each section in Chapter 3.
- TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Dellenkilten never sells your data to a third party. However, we may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
Suppliers, both within and outside the EU/EEA, who provide IT services, handle customer service issues or perform payment intermediation and credit information on behalf of Dellenkilten
Other recipients when it follows from legal requirements, another regulation, or authority decision
Recipients who handle personal data on behalf of Dellenkilten always enter into a so-called personal data processing agreement with us to ensure that your data is handled correctly and safely.
