Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, the delivery time is normally 5-10 days. Custom made kilts can have up to 20 weeks delivery time. Please note that some products may have slightly longer delivery times, especially during holidays.

Shipping
The shipping cost is shown in the checkout when ordering. We send all our packages with Postnord. Please note that for custom or tailored items, different shipping terms may apply.

Payment methods
We accept payment via account card/credit card (VISA, MasterCard), invoice or partial payment via Klarna. For business customers, we offer invoice payment with 30-day payment terms. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 and a late payment interest of 24% plus the applicable reference interest rate will be added.

Delivery
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent. If there are problems with tracking your package, contact us at info@dellenkilten.se.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made kilts, as these are specially adapted for each customer. For other products, 30 days open purchase applies. When returning, send an email with the item number and order number.

Return
In case of canceled purchase, we refund the amount paid for the item. Please note that it may take up to 14 days after receipt of the return to process the refund. Refunds are made via the same payment option that was used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. For specially adapted or tailor-made items, returns only apply in the case of genuine faults.

Complaint
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us by email and describe the error and state the item number and order number. We are responsible for damage that occurs during transport. When returning from the customer to us, the customer is responsible for damages that may occur during transport.

Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on our goods, with the exception of consumables. The warranty applies from the date of purchase and covers repair of manufacturing and material defects. Shipping note/warranty certificate/cashier’s receipt must be presented for warranty claims.

We reserve the right to sell out and any price changes. The color rendering of the images may vary slightly compared to the original product.
